Jojo's Ship Week Spring 2021
Welcome to the second Semi-Annual JoJo's Ship Week Event. This event runs two times a year, once in spring and once in winter.
JoJo's Ship Week is a week-long event meant to inspire content creators. This event focuses on celebrating and accepting all shippers from all eight parts of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Regardless of what you ship, there is a place here for you!
This year's event will run from June 6th - June 12, 2021.
SFW and NSFW prompts will be released on March 7, 2021
The AO3 Collection Opens on June 6, 2021 at 12 pm EST (UTC -5)
Rules And Guidlines
⭐ ALL creative mediums are welcomed and accepted (artwork, fanfics, mood boards, podfics, cosplays, sculptures, etc.)
⭐ Works in ALL languages are welcomed.
⭐ To participate in this event you can use this year's event tag #JojosShipWeek and/or tag @jojosshipweek!
⭐ ALL ships and pairings from all 8 parts of Jojo’s are welcome and encouraged to join! Ship hate, bashing, doxxing or other nasty behavior/actions directed toward ANY participants will not be tolerated under any circumstance and will result in an immediate block. No Exceptions.
⭐ To be respectful to those who may not want to see a particular ship or pairing, please be sure to add the appropriate ship tags so it can be filtered out. This is done by either using two dashes (// shipname) or a hashtag (#shipname)
⭐ NSFW content is allowed but it must be tagged as such. Works containing Major Archive Warning or triggering content must be tagged appropriately. If tagging on Twitter this can be done by using two dashes followed by the trigger (// example) or by using a hashtag (#example). If you aren’t sure if something needs to be tagged, feel free to send a message and I’ll be happy to take a look and let you know!
⭐NSFW content created by those under the age of 18 will not be reblogged/shared. We do not care if you chose to create and share this content on your own time but to ensure the safety of everyone participating we will not support or promote 18+ content created by minors for the event.
⭐ All submissions should be new (or so far never published) works, and they must be your own work. However, you can overlap pieces if creating for another event running at the same time as ship week. Please don’t copy, trace, repost or otherwise take content from another creator and claim it as your own. We want to see what you can create!
Please note: This event is a Ship Positive event, meaning everyone is accepted regardless of what they chose to ship or not ship. This includes things such as Crack Ships and Rare Pairs! No ships are excluded from this event (more details about this can be found in the FAQ)
If you see something you don’t like, simply block the tag (everything we reblog/retweet will be tagged appropriately) or block the user and move on. Leaving nasty messages on the event page or the creator's works will not be tolerated. This will result in an immediate block and you will be banned from participating in this event. This is a place for everyone to freely ship what they want. If you cannot accept that, kindly block us and move on.

⭐ What is Jojo’s Ship Week?
Jojo’s Ship Week is a theme week dedicated to celebrating the large collection of ships from the popular series, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
⭐ What Kind of Works Are Accepted?
Anything you would like to contribute is welcome! For this event, we accept any and all creative mediums (artwork, fanfics, mood boards, podfics, cosplays, sculptures, playlists, etc.). Whatever you can dream up is welcome here!
⭐ How do I participate?
Create new works revolving around your favorite JoJo's ships using the event prompts and post them during the week of the event. When posting, be sure to use the event tag and/or tag our account. You can also submit a post on tumblr or through DM's if you would like to remain anonymous.
⭐ Can I do collaborations with others?
Absolutely! Collaborations are welcomed and encouraged!
⭐ What Ships Are Allowed?
Any and all JoJo’s ships are welcome! No ships are excluded from this event! Just be sure to tag the ship when posting! If you don't know the ship's name, just give it your best shot or send us a message to ask!💕

Please Note: Ship hate and bashing is strictly prohibited. Any accounts found to be sending hate will be blocked and prohibited from participating.
⭐ Is it mandatory to participate in each day of the event?
Not at all! You can participate in as many or as few days as you’d like!
⭐ Can I post work for a prompt after that prompt’s day is over?
Of course! We will be accepting any and all late work submissions! Just be sure to @ us when posting so we don't miss it!
⭐ Can I combine more than one day’s prompt?
Sure! You can combine as many or as few prompts as you like and you’re more than welcome to create more than once piece per prompt as well!
⭐ Is NSFW content allowed?
Yes, NSFW content is allowed. There is even a list of NSFW prompts you can use! Although you are totally welcome to have/use NSFW content included with the SFW prompts too! Please just make sure to tag everything appropriately and add any content warnings that may be needed.
⭐ Can I mix and match the NSFW and SFW prompts
Of course! You can mix and match the NSFW and SFW prompts however you please (As long as you're 18+)
⭐ Can I submit my work anonymously?
Absolutely! If you would like for your work to remain anonymous, you can send it to us anonymously by DM-ing your submissions to us on Twitter or Instagram or submitting it on Tumblr!
⭐ Will there be an AO3 collection?
Yes, we will be opening up an AO3 collection for you to submit your work to closer to the event. Feel free to submit your written and/or drawn works to the collection. The AO3 Collection will be opened on June 5, 2021, at 12pm EST (UTC -5)
